The cost of $1,995 total for the four weeks is payable to Jim Holmes within 7 days after written verification of the dates selected and approved by Jim Holmes and the member/ guest. It shall be understood and agreed that the condo owners have a "no pet and no smoking" policy. Any violation can cause a $500 penalty plus any cleaning costs required by the owner.
The only additional cost would be a $75 Keystone cleaning fee per stay plus any room charges if incurred by guests. Guests would also be responsible for any damages caused by them or their guests as typical of the standard Keystone Lodge rental agreements. Even if you can’t use 4 weeks yourself it could easily work to share/ split the 4 weeks with other "friends and or family" wherever they live, whether they are skiers or not. It shall be disclosed and acknowledged that Jim Holmes is a licensed Realtor in Colorado and prior to payment in full I shall have the right to change any terms of this offer to rent if deemed appropriate. |
